Erin Crumitie
Owner/ CEO
Erin Crumitie purchased Resolutions Health Alliance, P.A., in 2016. This owner and CEO is dedicated to providing quality community mental health services to families in North Central Florida. Mrs. Crumitie brings over ten years experience in finance and accounting. Her expertise in coordination with managed care entities and medical billing contribute to her ability to make services accessible to adults and children within the service area. Mrs. Crumitie’s multi-faceted business experience enables her to organize and lead a team of professionals in providing a variety of programs for the families served by RHA. She is committed to continuing efforts to expand the company and develop additional programs to meet needs as they arise.
Mike Yeager
Co-founder, Masters in Mental Health Counseling
Mike Yeager, one of the founders and owners of Resolutions Health Alliance, P.A., has a background that consists of undergraduate studies in Social Work and Psychology. His first graduate degree is a Master’s degree in Psychology, and his second graduate degree is a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. He is a Board Certified Mental Health Professional and an Addictions Professional in the State of Florida, and has earned national certification through the Family Development Institute in Nurturing Parenting (Parent-Child) facilitation. Mr. Yeager received national certification in the specialization of sexual offender treatment through the American College of Forensic Counselors. He is in his candidate status for his PhD in Psychology, with areas of focus being family systems and trauma based clinical services. Mr. Yeager also received certifications through the State of Tennessee in Behavioral Modification, Management and Support, and the Administration of Psychotropic Medications. He is a member of the Forensics Counselors Association and is affiliated with many different programs at RHA, to include Quality Assurance and Clinical Director of Substance Abuse Services.
