At the core of our effort to establish and develop the most effective services for our community, we recruit gifted human services professionals who share a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families. In support of this effort, RHA prioritizes appropriate compensation for direct service employees and provides in-house training as well as intensive, ongoing field supervision.
RHA seeks passionate professionals with a masters degree and or bachelors degree in Counseling, Psychology and Social Work. Relevant work experience is taken into consideration for certain programs in lieu of degrees.
